Rotogravure Printing

Our rotogravure printing machines can print at high speed with consistent quality. This makes it an ideal process for our clients who require large quantities of packaged products with short turnaround times.

PT Suryakemasindo Sejati uses 2 rotogravure printing machines from Italy and Japan, with a printing capacity of 8 and 10 colors. Our printing facilities use rotogravure printing machines with Japanese and European industrial standards. By leveraging a high level of automation and efficient production management, we are always ready to meet the needs of flexible packaging printing in large quantities and short production times.

Solvent Based Dry Lamination

Lamination is a process in which two or more flexible sheets are joined together using a special adhesive. Our dry lamination machine is used to manufacture multilayer plastic film structures which can improve the properties of plastics such as, improve gas barrier properties, heat seal strength and overall strength.

Solvent Free Dry Lamination

Solvent-free lamination is the process of joining two or more substrates together using a solvent-free adhesive. This process results in a safer and healthier plastic composite material, as it produces less residue and reduces product contamination. This is especially important for food packaging, pharmaceutical, and other products that need to be protected from contamination.

Extrusion Lamination

Extrusion lamination is the process of joining two films with molten resin that has been melted, using a computer-controlled extruder mold. It is used to create multilayer flexible packaging laminates.

This process can be repeated several times until the flexible packaging structure is completed, or it can be combined with adhesive lamination to create the final flexible packaging structure.

Cutting

This process involves cutting the master roll into several smaller finished rolls . The final width, diameter, and direction of the roll can be arranged according to the specifications of the packaging equipment that will be used.

Precise and accurate cuts are critical to the final quality of your packaging. We use advance cutting machines and operated by experienced staffs to ensure that the finished rolls meet your exact specifications.

Pouch Making

Rollstock that has been printed can be used as various types of pouches with various sealing options (zipper, tear notch, etc.) and other pouch features (handle holes, packaging windows, etc.).

Since we do not outsource this process, we have complete control over the quality of your packaging bags throughout the process. This allows us to guarantee consistent quality according to your specifications.
